Out of consideration for therapists' time and for our ongoing commitment to deliver outstanding therapists to your home, office, or hotel, we have adopted the following policies:

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

You can schedule an appointment for a massage or massage/spa party via:

  1. Online Appointment Form

  2. Email us directly with massage/party details

  3. Calling us at  (832) 363-5114

A credit card number is required at the time of scheduling to ensure that your therapist is reserved and ready as requested.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments made with credit cards are subject to charges for the full-service amount for "no shows" or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.

If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment and there is no cancellation made within 3 hours of the appointment please note you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on massage gift certificates purchased or for services/packages provided. We do allow for the transfer of gift and package sessions remaining to family & friends. The expiration of transferred gift & package sessions is One Year! We are not responsible for damaged & illegible, lost, stolen, or expired gift certificates.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the full gift certificate and the session can be ended by the massage therapist and payment for the outcall is still required.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Do not harass the therapist(s) as we have no tolerance for inappropriate behavior and/or gestures or sexually aggressive remarks. Such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. If you are that type of client, we are not your type of company so please look elsewhere.
